Cancer survivors are at an elevated risk of recurrence or of developing a new cancer. Survivors also are prone to late complications from cancer treatments, other chronic conditions, and ongoing physical and emotional concerns. CAREpath's Survivor Support Plan is specifically designed to help survivors learn to cope and live in their new reality.
